I often preach about not to beating yourself up or comparing yourself to others but sometimes “It’s easier said than done” 😥 I want to set a good example for my daughter and also all of you. I’m far from perfect in many ways. I don’t always “love myself” ... I don’t always feel confident and I struggle sometimes to feel comfortable in my own skin in this “new stage” ...I beat myself up and often compare my post baby body to others who bounce back so quickly. I feel like I always need to remind myself that I need to treat myself like I treat my daughter. I should tell myself what I tell her and love myself the way I love her. With kindness, love 🖤compassion and positive words ✨ of affirmation.
