CITANのラウンジが三日間、レストラン”CAVEMAN”とのコラボレーションダイニングを行います。

What’s CAVEMAN…
日本、フランス、デンマークなど多様な文化によって創発された
東京・目黒のレストラン、Kabiプロデュースのもと
日本橋兜町にOPENするHotel K5に出店予定のレストラン。

彼らの創造する、国籍やジャンルに囚われない料理や、ペアリングするワインに
きっと、あなたも心を奪われるはず。

期間中は全10品の限定メニューをアラカルトにて提供。ジャンルレスなDJ達も出演し、
食、酒、音楽の全てを揃えた3日間となります。

We’re going to have “Caveman’ CITAN”, starting on Nov 29th till Dec 1st.
Our kitchen crew will team up with Caveman’s chef for serving a variety of fascinating foods only for the three nights.

Caveman is an upcoming restaurant,
produced by Kabi in Meguro which is definitely one of the most creative restaurants in Tokyo with multi-cultural backgrounds including Japan, France, Denmark and more.
Kabi will join the new hotel project “K5” in Nihombashi area as the its fine dining part, “Caveman”, We guarantee that you’ll get 100% mesmerized by their sophisticated dishes that go vert well with carefully selected wines by skilled chefs.
At Caveman’ CITAN, we will serve 10 different dishes à la carte.
And every night will be supported by Tokyo-based DJs skilled in genre-less music scenes.
