Today is World Children's Day and November 20th has seen two important children's rights declarations. In 1959 the UN adopted the "Declaration of the Rights of the Child" and in 1989 UN General Assembly adopted the "Convention on the Rights of the Child."

We all play a role in making today relevant. Today offers us the opportunity to advocate, promote and celebrate children's rights. It is also the opportunity to create dialogue and transform words into actions.

So let's start the dialogue: How will you promote children's rights today? Any action, big or small, is important.
