Tag a strong mama💪🏽 Pregnancy is not a disability🙅🏼‍♀️ We are strong, we are capable, we are resilient, beautiful & empowering🤰🏼 There setbacks at times, there are modifications, bad days, pains & aches but overall the female body is a damn miracle of capabilities🥰 Currently #31weekspregnant in the video, performing at 75lbs snatch & overhead squats💪🏽 This is an advanced movement for sure & I warmed up to it with no weight, just the bar, 65lbs & then 75😎 Also, I’ll be doing my 6 Week Year End program with all my challengers starting this Sunday & making modifications to accommodate for my current abilities💪🏽 #pregnancy #pregnancyworkouts #pregnantbelly
