My soul has been hungry for such feeling in the past 8 months after the ACL rupture. I forgot to properly celebrate my 6-month-post-op anniversary on the 8th of November so let this be a "short" sum up. Got injured on the 23rd of March, had surgery on the 8th of May, now I should be completely recovered - by the protocol at least 🤷🏻‍♀️. The journey is not over yet, time to work more on the leg explosivity, flexibility and, most importantly - confidence. The main focus of the upcoming period is training for the European Combined Championships in Moscow (March 2020).
