It still doesn’t seem real and sure as hell doesn’t seem fair. Funny thing, that night one of my favorite songs that my mom and I would dance to when I was a kid came on and I told my friend all about it and made her do the exact dance my mom and I would do. It had to been the time my mother passed and I feel like it was her way of letting me know she was gone and ok. I never thought I could cry so much but I also know she is in peace now and no longer in pain. I’ll forever cherish her amazing spirit and spunky attitude and I’m So grateful that she taught me how to love everyone.
