グレッグ・サルキンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (グレッグ・サルキンInstagram)「I came across a Denzel Washington quote a while back which reads: “Don’t aspire to make a living, aspire to make a difference.” Yesterday, a young lady excitedly came up to me in Auckland, New Zealand to share with me that seeing #GetUpGetOutGetHealthy on my Instagram stories has inspired her to lose 10 Kilograms (approx 22 lbs) in weight. I was incredibly happy & proud of her. She deserves all the credit, not me. However it was an incredible feeling to know that I was actually making a difference. Social media is an extremely powerful tool & I plan on using it wisely. Although there’s some incredible progressive conversations happening in the world, I do believe there is also a lot of judgement and hate, which can rapidly spread via the internet.
