I won’t be the one to say you need to take vitamins for optimal health because I do believe you can get some of them from nutrient dense foods. BUT with how depleted our soil is 🌱, it’s hard to imagine even organic produce is as nutrient dense as it was years ago. So to cover my bases and have that insurance, I take vitamins everyday.
With our everyday stressful lives, with little sleep, and over/under training, our bodies could use support. The majority of us rarely get the everyday recommended doses of vitamins and minerals. I mean do any of us really get vegetables & color into every meal of the day? 🧐 DOUBTFUL.
I take multiple supplements everyday for various things but I believe everyone can benefit from a multivitamin that has vitamin d, omega 3s, and magnesium ✅ Those are the vitamins people are most deficient in.
