BUT with how depleted our soil is 🌱, it’s hard to imagine even organic produce is as nutrient dense as it was years ago. So to cover my bases and have that insurance, I take vitamins everyday.⁣ ⁣ With our everyday stressful lives, with little sleep, and over/under training, our bodies could use support. The majority of us rarely get the everyday recommended doses of vitamins and minerals.
