It all starts here, taking the leap into a new career/business, feeling better when you get out of bed, having great friendships, and falling in love. I recently listened to a podcast suggesting the fake it till you make it doesn’t really work in this area, you have to expose yourself to uncomfortable situations over and over and build it up just like going to the gym. For me this would be having conversations in big crowds where I don’t know anyone. I have awful anxiety in crowds and groups without someone familiar by my side. What’s something you want to work on?
