In this post I was sharing the strength I had found in myself a few years ago. This strength was found with the help of my amazing coaches @silviafontana76 @brojo1126 @johnkerrsk8er @jbarrett84 and @drdarabushman. I had to delete it because of “photo rights” but... I found this beauty! 😍 I still want to share what was written so here it is again: No matter who is ready to catch you or not... know that you can undoubtably land on your own two feet; yet willing to give the next person you meet the benefit of the doubt in your next leap of faith! (Or twist for the experts😉) Strength comes in many forms. Loving, caring, helping and kindness towards people that don’t show you the same. THIS IS STRENGTH!! 💪 It’s easy to be hardened by the world... and by people. It’s easy to give back what you’ve received from others. Being able to forgive and believing that the next person you meet is capable of good, is what the world needs right now. Darkness cannot drive out darkness, only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate, only love can do that. ❤️ How people judge and treat you, is only a reflection of THEMSELVES! It has nothing to do with you. The same goes for our own thoughts and actions. Don’t be afraid to cry. Cry because you care, sensitivity is the trait that gives us the capacity to be empathetic. Own it!🤗 And please don’t worry...
