Rather than using their eyes to hunt, they use electrical sensors to locate their next meal, which they then crush with insanely powerful jaws. Masters of camouflage, stingrays spend much of their time hiding on the ocean floor. If threatened, they use their venomous barbed tail as a weapon to discourage predators.
