This year I... ✅ Bagged the Olympic Qualifying for Tokyo 🇯🇵 ✅ Broke the 51 sec barrier ⏱ ✅ Became British Champion 🥇 ✅ European Leader over 400m 🏃‍♀️ ✅ Raced in the Diamond League Final 💎 ✅ Reached the 400m semi finals of the World Champs 🌎 However, my performances at the World Champs, where it really matters, were far from where I want to be, or what I worked so hard for. So I promise to put my head down and work on what needs improving, and that makes me so so so excited for what’s to come. I can’t wait to take what I’ve built into the Olympic year 🇯🇵 I want to say a huge thank you to so many people who have been integral to the journey.
