In the 15 years I have been advocating on this issue with @animalsasia there has been massive progress for this endangered species. The Vietnam Government will partner with us to see the end of this trade by 2022. You cannot imagine how many years this has taken, and what it will mean for the over 600 bears who need to be rescued and brought to sanctuary in the next 2 years. It will be one of the biggest efforts in conservation I have seen in my lifetime as an activist.
