#BBGCommunity you girls crack me up! Who remembers this video!? Ladies, PLEASE use the milk first and then fill the cartons with water (or sand/dirt if you want to increase the weight). Seriously though, you do not HAVE to use milk cartons. The true purpose of this video was to show how you can utilise everyday and household items if you do not have access to equipment. The milk cartons are an example of something you could use instead of dumbbells.⁣

✅Step Up - 20 reps (10 each leg) ⁣
✅Goblet Squat - 15 reps ⁣
✅Bicep Curl - 15 reps⁣
✅Bent-Over Row - 15 reps ⁣
✅Static Lunge - 24 reps (12 each leg)⁣
✅Tricep Dip - 15 reps⁣
