In celebration of the #SS2020 @Fendi show today at Milan Fashion Week, we look back to our September Style Special issue, which honed in exclusively on the Roman label’s recent Pequin stripe suitcase collection, a powdery softly curved luggage offering inspired by the brand’s famous 1987-introduced stripe, masterminded by Karl Lagerfeld.
Here, creative director of menswear and accessories Silvia Venturini Fendi (@silviaventurinifendi) has taken inspiration from Fendi Casa’s 1970s-inspired furniture collection, designed by Cristina Celestino (@cristinacelestino) to recall the interior of a bourgeois Roman home, which was presented earlier this year in Milan at Salone del Mobile.
