"Today I had the opportunity to summit Mt. St.Helens with my in-laws! It was one of the hardest but joyous things I’ve ever done. Huge thank you to @powerfulinpasco, @4dpow and @__meggo_ for hosting and inviting me for the journey!

I was reminded at the summit that moments like these dismantle the stereotype dominant culture has placed on POC, that they can’t enjoy the outdoors and be mountaineers.
