The first time I tested my pull-down strength and finger strength was in June, right after the Vail World Cup. @technicallystrong designed my training program based on the numbers. @c4hp has a scale and a computer program that captures rate of force down to the tenth of a pound, and duration of force down to the tenth of a second. Objective, quantifiable data is something I’ve found immensely important in my training lately. My training is designed perfectly for me specifically; I don’t waste time training things I’m already great at, and spend more time focusing on weaknesses I didn’t know I had. Pretty excited to say that in my latest retest my 90° pull is up 13lbs, my 120° pull is up 38 pounds, and I can rip 20 extra pounds on a 20mm edge for twice the duration. GAINZ.
