Sorry you guys, not trying to disrespect the fish and the food but this is my first time having Hagfish, also known as slime eels. The texture was really crunchy and chewy..
Personally I like Unagi more. I guess when you’re in a different country you have to be open to everything right😬? 撮影で変わった鰻を食べました。私は鰻の方が好きかな？焼いてるところも見たのでちょっと悲しくなりました。
