Today I love my body because it loves me so much it can barely breathe sometimes trying to keep up with all the harm I’ve done to it. For all the times I’ve said she wasn’t beautiful ENOUGH and picked at her like if I squeezed hard enough I could make it go away. She was always my greatest miracle. Today I am grateful for this body, the ability to heal it before it’s gets too sick, the ability to watch it flourish with grace at whatever pace she pleases.
