I was out of the country for 10 days as well and didn’t track anything. I wasn’t sure if I wanted to do another prep but wanted to see how my body would change. - My calories are anywhere between 1200-1500 calories depending on how I feel each day. I am not eating every 3 hours. I am not eating the same weighed out meals every single day. Instead I have taken a very flexible approach to dieting. Allowing myself to eat around 3 x per day, a few alcoholic drinks throughout the week & even eating out (everything tracked). - I have decided to do a show in Boston Nov 2 & NY Nov 16. I am also starting a new YouTube series which I’m super excited about!
