I planned to visit the country to photograph the different tribes and their traditions, but when I was in Yangon I heard about the local Punk scene. I was totally surprised by them. Their looks were very interesting and different, even reminding me of the Chin people of Myanmar, with their facial decorations. They also have a charity called “food not bombs” where they feed the homeless.
