Though throughout my journey & long hikes, the words of John Muir have never resonated so deeply in my soul. I knew I wanted to capture his meaningful quotes throughout moments of our 10 hour hike to Cheakamus Lake, what I didn’t realize is how much they were going to come alive in the surreal setting & stunning scenery. Mountains have always had a special place in my heart, but this hike outdid any moment I’ve ever had in nature. I still get emotional thinking about how grateful I felt in that forest for the opportunity to travel with @natgeo |@natgeotravel (Seriously!? Who would have thought my art would lead to so much beauty & amazing opportunities. Not bragging, simply giving thanks & gratitude for the good in my life - all thanks to my love for art & creating).
