Having graduated in Law and worked for the French Digital Council and the boutique hotel “Les Bains Paris” in Paris, Dimi turned the page in his career when he decided to move to Tokyo to pursue his passion for the hospitality industry. Dimi joined the TRUNK family as a bartender behind TRUNK(BAR)’s counter where he, with his passion and French background, serves les cocktails faits avec amour.

学生時代は法学を勉強し、フランス政府のデジタル省に勤務という異色の経歴。
パリのブティックホテル「レ バン パリ」にてヘッドバーテンダーを務めたのち、東京に移住を決意。
現在ではTRUNK(BAR)のチームとして、心を込めてカクテルを作ります。
