Two different cultures, two different mindsets. For one, 3pm could be 3:30 or even 4pm... for the other, 3:05 means your are 5 minutes late. How can you make something so different actually function? First of all: Listen to your partner. Respect his point of view. Speak, don't argue. Let him finish talking before you give your point of view. Avoid interupting, avoid shouting, because once you start shouting you might say things you didn't actually wanted to say.
