湊ジュリアナさんのインスタグラム写真 - (湊ジュリアナInstagram)「９月に入ったね〜９月は私の誕生日でもあるんだけど、沢山の好きな友達の誕生日だったり、特別なイベントとか、何かの始まりや終わりの時期。ちょうど１年前の昨日は独立して１年が経ちました〜いろんな事があったな〜って昨日ボーッといろんな事を考えてました。独立するのには勇気が必要だったり、エネルギーや体力、メンタルバランスも必要で自分に出来るか凄く不安だったんだけど、昨日で一年がたって振り向いて見れば沢山の事が学べて、苦手な事がより出来る様になって、考えなかった事も考える様になって、そして何よりも自分がどうしたいのか、どうして行きたいかなど考える日々でした。フリーランスいいな〜って思う人も沢山いるかもしれないけど、フリーランスだからこそやる事沢山あって、寝る時間も最初は削ってたし、自分のスタッフたちとのコミュニケーションの事や毎日決め事が沢山あったり、適当に出絶対来ないから全て自分の責任だし、本当に大変。でもその代わり、自分で選択出来る自由があるからもっともっと頑張れる！ようやく一年がたって、やっと私のチームも落ち着いてきて、リズムが作れる様になりました。本当応援してくれてるみなさんに感謝です！なんで始めたのか、なんでつずけたいのかを明確にモチベーションに変えてこれからも毎日頑張って行きます！自分の人生の鍵は自分で握る！これからもみんな宜しくね〜 September is a special month for me. Not only because its my and my friends birth month but also its a month of new starts and ends. A year ago i decided to work as a freelance. Time passed so fast. Yesterday i was quietly thinking and analizing how my year was. At first i was scared and insecure, not sure if i could do it or even if i made the right decision. But today , after a year, i surely can say i am not the same person i was last year. I fought with my fears ,insecurityes and limits. I am stronger today with a better vision of what i wanna be. Lot of people say and think I wish i was freelance like you, because you have so much freedom. Yes i do have lot of freedom but at the same time i have to have way more responsability than before. I get to choose what i want but i have to think about direction on my own. And lead my team also was another challenge. I have nothing to complain, i chose it this way. And life without a challenge it can be boring sometimes.lol After a year of so much work i feel happy and blessed. Thanks to my team and people who support me.
