TYSONS唯一の蕎麦和食の渋谷「雷庵」では、そばがきに知覧茶の深蒸し茶を練り込んで作る「茶そばがき」や、衣に知覧茶の碾茶葉をたっぷり使用し、茶葉の香りと旨味を凝縮した、「小海老と根菜の碾茶パラパラ揚げ」を提供！

T.Y.HARBOR Breweryではリミテッドビールとして「茶香(ちゃこう)エール」を限定醸造。 お茶とホップの上品でバランスの取れたアロマが印象的。セッションペールエールらしいフルー ティーさとホップの苦みに、お茶の旨味が加わり、奥行きのある味わいに仕上げました。

RYAN, located in Shibuya will be serving a traditional Japanese delicacy dish called Cha-sobagaki consisting of cooked dough made from soba flour and tea leaves. Also on the menu will be a tempura dish with shrimp, sweet potato, and lotus roots. Enjoy the rich aroma and flavor created from deep frying together with green tea leaves.
Enjoy our limited time beer, Cha-ko ale. A well balanced aroma created from the infused tea and hops provides a fruity yet bitter palate distinctive to a session pale ale with the addition to the umami from the tea. .
