My highlights were: - this beautiful rack of colne valley lamb stuffed with chorizo and spinach, - the insanely delish braised Dexter beef shin with baked bone marrow, - the classic baby back short ribs with whiskey sauce, - roast pork fillet with black pudding, - and the ultimate ribeye which was insanely tender and flavourful.
