Meal 6 is going down!! Ever since the Arnold my training and nutrition has been on point. I’ve been keeping my protein high, carbs moderate and plenty of healthy fats consistently day after day. Here we see a meal for the end of my evening that is basic yet made into a delicious one. Chicken breast and subbed out the carbs with broccoli and a light pesto sauce. This meal went from boring to completely demolished in under two minutes. Preparing your meals ahead of time is essential for looking and performing your best. If your lifestyle can’t make time for preparing your meals or maybe you’re not the best cook then I would highly recommend looking for a company that delivers fresh food made for your goals.
