Harvested only in the early morning of a dry day around early May and June.🍃
The second joint of organic King Bamboo, aged between 2-3 years is cut to collect sap, one drop at a time from sundown until dawn the next morning. 🍃
Our bamboo is cultivated by the third generation of a family organically growing bamboos in Daegol Village in Sacheon, South Korea.🍃
