“You do not need to know precisely what is happening, or exactly where it is all going. What you need is to recognize the possibilities and challenges offered by the present moment, and to embrace them with courage, faith and hope.” -Thomas Merton

A reminder on the path of dreams, wonder and life. We get to create each day. Moment by moment. Either by way of a new palette or a current work in progress. What a gift.

@journalwritethinkdoodle aww thank you, Marina! That little pop of color was the last thing I did. It felt like it needed it hehe. And okay so the new ystudio Pens. I am really enjoying them! They are different than what I thought but unique and quirky, which makes it more lovely (for me). The material is truly a resin so it’s really light weight, especially compared to their previous brass releases. The nib is wonderful and slightly springy but finer than their nibs on their brass fountain pens. So the fine is more like an extra fine (but a wet springy extra fine). I don’t have a medium nib so I’m not sure how those are. Also, they do not take standard international converters even though the barrel is long, but the width of the barrel is slimmer than a standard converter. The good news is that ystudio has designed their own cartridge converter that fits all their fountain pens including these. And these take standard ink cartridges well. Which I like because sometimes I just like popping in an ink cartridge and not having to worry about it (aka easy). Also I like the way this pen cap posts. I initially was worried it would make it too long but it doesn’t and they designed it well in that aspect. I have all three colors and I think they’re all lovely and the red is beautiful. So I hope that helps? If you have any other questions, feel free! Sending you a smile and 🥂, Marina! 🤗❤️😘

I ❤️this Catharine! And the little hot air balloon in the corner is such a special pop of colour 💙 a question: how are you liking the new ystudio pens? I was thinking red (which is really unusual for me but ❤️😂)
