一時間半の間で、止血、アイシング、ストレッチで身体の修正。
次の対戦相手の戦略チェックなどの準備。
初めてのワンデイトーナメントでしたが、セコンド陣のおかげで最高のパフォーマンスで挑むことができました。
After the first match, I had an hour and a half in the waiting room to stop my bleeding,ice my muscles, and stretch to recover.
I also reviewed the strategy for my next opponent.
This was my first time participating in the One Day Tournament, but thaks to the support from my team, I was able to perform my best.
