So recently I’ve cut out all alcohol, soda, and pasta. I’ve also cut out fried food and I’m eating more fish and chicken. I’m trying flush my system of all my summer fun by drinking tons of water, incorporating workouts and stretching throughout my day! 💦 So far Its going well! I’m already noticing a difference after eliminating all the extra daily sugar and carbs I’ve been downing over the summer!
