Morning all, I’m not sure what this stretch is called but it’s a good one for the glutes and lower back. What I do is cross one leg over the knee, reach through, grab my shin and pull the leg towards the belly / repeat on the other side. There are dozens of variations of these kinds of stretches for a cranky body ! 🙏🏻 🧘🏼♂️ #threadtheneedle
