My son was turned away every time he came to your booth because there was a glitch with our reservations and they are not honoring any of them! There is no need for you to post this because anyone with reservations clearly already knows about it, and the rest of us are not allowed to come. Terrible experience at the Expo today. So sad for my little boy who has been looking forward to this for a whole year... 😢
