Here’s my top 10 list of some of the worlds best superfoods: . Berries are naturally sweet, high in fibre & their rich colors mean they are high in antioxidants and disease-fighting nutrients . Avocado owns a lot of nutrients & antioxidants, such as folic acid, Omega 3, magnesium, potassium, lutein and fibre. . Fish can be a good source of protein & omega-3 fatty acids, which help prevent heart disease. . Cruciferous vegetables: broccoli kale, 🥬 cauliflower etc are an excellent source of fiber, vitamins & phytochemicals. . Yogurt. A good source of calcium & protein, yogurt also contains live cultures called probiotics. . Whole grains: Oats, contain several B vitamins, minerals, & phytonutrients.
