Sometimes I wonder how I got here in life. Then I remember that I did the @ジェーン・フォンダ VHS workout EVERY SINGLE MORNING in kindergarten, and realize I was destined for a life of bodysuits, leg warmers, and squats 🙆🏻♀️

Isn't it just so amazing how Tessa, after all her career challenges spanning over 2 decades - including females in change rooms being unkind and bully-like - is SOooo living her best life? She's been through SOooo much as young skater thru to Olympic Glory (x3) and #GOAT ice dance Queen. To see her thrive in the way that she is, and at the same time be so kind, compassionate, giving and full of light + love, is simply a-m-a-z-i-n-g!!! As the saying (and song) goes, 'what doesn't kill you makes you stronger' and in T's case she is as strong and kind and graceful as can be. True success and beauty emanating from inside Tessa's heart and soul and manifesting on the outside in the form of physical beauty! What an amazing Olympic #GOAT story!!!! Tessa - you may want to consider authoring another book 'solo' this time... one that will inspire young girls and women as they experience setbacks, hurdles, disappointments, losses. Sort of like 'Becoming Tessa Virtue' vs. 'Becoming Michelle Obama'... food for thought for our Canadian Queen. Love you to bits! xx

Gotta ask, what kind of mom thought it was ok for a 5 year old girl to do the Jane Fonda workout ? Body issues anyone? Thank goodness Tessa seems the have a healthy body and body image !
