Let’s talk about friends.
They are a lifeline to expansion of thoughts, honesty of the self, non attachment in another human, discovery of hobbies, stretching your comfort zones, a shoulder to cry on, a pick me up when you need it, the truth when you are in denial, exercising vulnerability, and a damn good reason to wear sweatpants and drink wine! 😜
In all seriousness take some stock in your friends. Do they help you grow? Are they bringing you up or pulling you down with gossip or drama? Are they holding a non judgmental space for you? Are they the kind of people you wish you were more like in some ways? There’s a saying - show me your 5 closest friends and I’ll show you your future. Be picky about who you share your valuable spare time with and who you let fill your head with thoughts or an attitude...... it’s YOUR life.
With all of that said, if you can learn to raise your own frequency through positive thoughts, emotions, and actions...... sometimes they naturally fade away and new ones come in. Isn’t life cool?!
