Swipe for a couple of the exercises I did today. I started off with a 30 minute hills interval run, then I did some upper body exercises with a neutral wrist position, and lastly, I finished up with some light wrist strengthening stuff (right wrist only...My left was still too sore from my last PRP.) Sticking to the basics...making small progressions, but most importantly, staying in the pain free range.

So admire your tenacity and patience. I know it can’t be easy! I’m older and certainly not a professional athlete but struggled coming back from multiple back surgeries just to be able to work out again. So hard and frustrating at times but I did it as I’m sure you will as well. Wish you all the best. 👍

Did u have prp on wrist. I had for my golfers elbow where I have a small tear and it has gotten worse after prp. Wondering does it get worse before it gets better.
