ingridgazzoni My family had the worst flying experience with Lufthansa business class. They canceled our flight, put us in a hotel without a transfer for the aeroport, canceled my husband's ticket, lost our bags. But worst of all, is that we made a formal complaint, they asked for some documents, we sent them all and stopped us from responding. This happened more than a month ago and no one gave us any answers. Just for the record that we were traveling with a baby and I'm pregnant. I've never been so mistreated by an airline in my life

emmadny Lufthansa customer service 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I took a flight on 14 august from marseille to frankfurt and then to montreal and they lost my suitcase ! two days after the delivery man gave me a suitcase that was not mine !!! I didnt accept because I want MY suitcase back😭😭😭 We are in 2019 how is it possible ??! I am a french student I have not my clothes, not my medication ! No one answers after 20 calls ! rampostscrap I have been following up on my case where you charged my credit card twice for the same ticket. Your call center is clueless everytime I call and just keeps telling me to feedback on your website or email--which I do, and never get any response. What kind of call center are you running?!? I have to pay my credit card soon for the extra tickets you charged me!! Garbage customer service. Garbage airline

hamudii_25 Liebe Lufthansa Team, Können Sie mir bitte erklären wie es sein kann, dass unser Gepäck und das Gepäck 60 anderer Fluggäste am Flughafen vergessen konnten? Man vertraut Ihnen und entscheidet sich für Sie weil Ihre Ticketpreise relativ teuer sind und man auch deswegen mehr Qualität erwartet!! Aber dass sie mir sagen dass unsere Koffer vergessen wurden das ist das alles letzte !!!! Unverschämt!!!!

mariondray Sorry anyone had a few problems with Lufthansa just fly with another airline to experience the difference this airline is absolutely amazing in every way no thank you I don’t change!!!! Thank you for your always wonderful service ! I lost a case in London and they told me to see if I can locate it with 2000 other suitcases !! Do you like that maybe better!!!

loveluciedawson Lufthansa’s customer service has ignored me for 2 months after they lost my bags and haven’t provided me with any information I can use to claim on my insurance. They continue to ignore my messages time and time again. I will not fly with Lufthansa again. So Sad. I thought I could trust this airline. 🚫✈️👎🏼😩😥
