ashleemarees @eyewillshootyou you had me in the first half. The violence towards women narrative is false tho- Tarantino includes violence towards every gender and race in his movies. He's an equal opportunity violence portrayer. And violence towards women is very real in the world we live in. To show this in movies is just selecting a very real facet of life and there's nothing wrong with that.

eyewillshootyou @ashleemarees he felt the need to show red’s face get smashed to an ever loving pulp but yet the camera pulls seats right before we truly see pitt smash in tex’s face with his foot. it’s shit like that which is what i’m talking about. you think i don’t know that violence against women in this world isn’t a real thing? i would not say his violence is equally served, no.

shaktidas Why does he keep trying to rewrite history...? Hitler murdered millions and Sharon Tate was murdered pregnant, and some ridiculous buddy flick isn’t going to change those facts...!!! Probably his worst film to date despite the great acting by Pitt and DiCap.

covermeer I watched it yesterday. Loved it. Like in Death Proof, Tarantino gives us so much pleasure on revenge. I feel so good today.
