ctineduhaime @kayla_itsines thanks for this! I’m only about 6 weeks into BBG but failed to finish the workout yesterday because it was just too hard, this was the first time I didn’t complete one, and I felt like I failed :( I’m going to try again today, same workout, better attitude 👍🏻
