I’ve broke the recipe down into the essentials and the optionals: Blueberry Almond Butter Smoothie 🌱 ➡️ Essentials: 1 frozen banana, 1 handful frozen blueberries, 1 handful kale, 1 scoop @vivolife açai blueberry vegan protein powder, 1 heaping tbsp almond butter, plant milk to cover & blend. ➡️ Optionals: 1 tsp greens powder, 1 tsp mushroom blend, 1 tbsp flax, 1 tbsp chia seed, 1 Brazil nut. These ingredients have varying benefits and I don’t always add them all to my smoothie - but I do ALWAYS put in a Brazil nut to get my daily dose of selenium ✅ P.s. If you’re allergic to nuts, remove the almond butter and add in a tsp of cinnamon for flavour 🥰 What’s your favourite smoothie combo!?
