shahrzads1 I’ve been a loyal customer for 20+ years love the quality but just had a very disappointing experience. Purchased 2 pairs for myself from Park Royal store in Vancouver. Then my 11 year old daughter decided to get similar pair. We went back and sales associate didn’t have it so she put it on hold at Pacific Centre store. Next day on my way to work I pick them up trusting her ability / skills I didn’t check the size turned out she put the wrong size on hold so today I went back to Pacific Center store to exchange. They didn’t have the right size so I had to go to Robson Street location. This is very disappointing experience for us

micky_the_love Can Ecco shoe soles be broken? Yes, and have been contacting Ecco customer service for two months and nothing has happened, great job. Was a big Ecco fan, now I just lose all my faith to your brand.
