The man is simply feeling himself...he even said hes learned from THE BEST (Ice Cube)....I dont agree hes the best rapper and i dont believe he feels hes the best. Hes simply putting it into the universe in the hopes it will propel him to be the best (my assumption anyhow). If you say, "Im the Most Mediocre Rapper/Actor there is!"....YOU WILL BE MEDIOCRE.
