What’s your dumbbell weight? Am a beginner. I have 2 and 4 kg dumbbells with me. I able to do bench press, shoulder press etc. with 4 kg, but I can’t do bicep curl with it. I use only 2 kg. Is it normal or do I need to do anything to improve my strength?

Kayla i wanna ask one thing im not loosing my belly fat i ve joined last year my belly is so soft n im not facing any difficulty in doing in any kind of exercise but im not loosing it tell me wht to do im so worried im 35inches from 39 in one n half year

I’m curious to know what you think of what Tracey Anderson says about using very little weight when doing arms..she claims that heavy weight makes your muscles sort of sag later 🤷🏻♀️
