lilo341 Super disappointing that the last two orders I have placed I haven’t received the advertised samples I picked out. @sephora . I contacted customer service today and they added points to my VIP but basically you guys lost a sale and customer. I try the samples and 90 percent of the time end up buying the full size product. It’s sad two times in a row no samples were included and today I was told they won’t mail me the missing samples by themselves. Kinda false advertising to be honest. Guess I will stick to ulta from now on
