@delta I just wanted to file a complaint against my experience with the airline. I left on 7/19/2019 at 2:38 pm. When I got there I didnt know that I was suppose to be there 3 hours early but I've never flew international. I got there to check in my luggage but they've informed me that I couldn't check in my bags since it was too late. Mind you I got there at 12:40 pm but I waited for almost 2 hours then when I got there the lady said I couldn't check in my baggage because it was too late. So I left all my clothes that are in the 2 luggage 50 lbs weight each. I had to wait for my friend to come back to get the luggage and he ended up getting a ticket for parking. At this point I'm almost to my flight and ran to get to the gate. Thankfully I made it there fine because people were still waiting to board the plane. Then I seated waited for an hour then they close the door thinking were preparing for boarding then waited for another hour then the pilot state they are closing the door but waited for another hour then it finally flew. So three hours of waiting I could have check in my luggage. Now I had to pay for my luggage to be ship to the Philippines that cost 240.00. When I landed I've waited and luggage it didnt come then I left. I need my shipment refund atleast for the luggage. I had to buy clothes there but I didnt mind since I get to keep my clothes but why couldn't you just check in my luggage knowing that you guys were three hours delayed.

Today will be the last time I ever book with Delta Air Lines. Several flights were cancelled, and specifically mine as we were about to board. There was little to no communication provided and in result, pure chaos broke throughout the LaGuardia Airport. The customer service provided by the delta agents was absolutely baffling. Instead of trying to help paying customers, who were extremely inconvenienced; they simply told people to stop talking. When I was able to speak with the agent, Roy, he told me that I had zero options, and that delta would not pay for me to have a hotel to sleep in and insisted that my best option would be to stand by. Mind you, there was a flight available with 16 seats, but these agents didn’t want to do any paperwork, or have to check in bags, so decided to just close the door. Oh, and the wait time to speak with a delta representative over the phone is 3 hours and 15 minutes; which I’m currently pending a call back. Take better care of your paying customers, so they return. It’s simply good business practice.

VERY DISAPPOINTED IN @delta AIRLINES. I was just on the phone for over 30 minutes to let the airline know for my overseas meal I cannot have anything with gluten or dairy but anything else works. I was told time and time again I had to pick either gluten free or dairy free.... No options had both and that I HAD to pick one or the other.
Anyone with allergies knows 1. How serious it is and 2. How frustrating it can be. I wasn't asking for a new meal to be made, just ANY option that I can eat that doesn't have what I'm allergic to. Vegan, sure! Vegetarian, great! Just anything without gluten and dairy.
After MAJOR pushback trying to make me pick one or the other, I was FINALLY offered fruit. which is 100% okay!! Allergies are not something to mess around with.... Being told I HAD to pick one or the other between my sever allergies is not okay. I hope nobody else struggles with this because it was very painful to seem like I was the one inconveniencing them.

@delta I have been a loyal member flying out three times a month and this last flight I am ready to switch to @americanair I fly from lax to all over the place and you guys treated my complaint as if customer service was no priority to you guys . First the wait time was “3” hours but you guys called me 6 hours later then the agent said sorry call this other number I wish I could be of help but this was a past flight. I don’t fly out first class to be treated with no dignity or respect you guys are going to lose customers for not treating them with basic human dignity and respect. The flight attend apologized for the inflight entertainment being down and emailed me a voucher of compensation and the email had an apology letter and said please accept this voucher but had no attachment or voucher number

@delta Consider this a last warning after I reached out 3 times after my initial complaint was submitted as per the instructions yu gave us: I have not heard back from you. At all. After a 20 hours delay due to technical issues (for some other guests it was even two days waiting for the flight) you dare to not respond at all to our requests to refund us. You also dare to use an email address starting with „we care“ for your customer service - are you kidding me? If I don’t hear back from you by the end of the week I will hand this case over to my lawyer.

Amo el servicio de esta aerolínea.....hice una petición anoche de un cambio en mi skymiles y respondieron casi de inmediato y en una forma tan cálida y profesional que desde hoy me declaro fan de Delta....en sep es la segunda vez que vuelo con ellos y en lo posible siempre será mi primera opción...alguien me decía Delta es caro , pero si vale la pena pagar un poco más si se que voy a estar respaldada de un excelente servicio.Gracias Delta
