hilaryruff Your final sale policy on sale items keeps many customers from shopping the sales. I see countless comments here and on other posts from frustrated or wary shoppers, do you listen to customer feedback on these policies as well as you have on being more inclusive with sizing and adapting your line? We appreciate your designs, we don’t want to be stuck with items we cannot/will not wear, and that hardly seems sustainable. @reformation

muse18 @kayleyhasnolife Same thing happened to me! I bought a sale dress and 12 hours later the price dropped even more by $40!!! Wtf! All sizes were in stock too. I can’t repurchase at the newer sale price because all sale items are final. Their customer service rep told me to cancel order my order and repurchase it but then that would put me at risk of losing all my items. 😑

muse18 @emilyasmith15 They don’t do price adjustments. They literally dropped the price right after I bought it. I can’t even return and rebuy because it’s all final sale. That is why it’s frustrating...and shady. The sale JUST started so it’s a little strange that they slashed again so soon. Usually, it’s when there’s a final few but this wasn’t the case.
