I’m an outdoorsy girl trapped in the London world and escaping to nature brings me SO much joy 🌎
I remember my parents used to drag me on hikes every week when I was younger and I moaned the whole time (typical teenager) 😂 Fast forward 10 years and all those rainy days in the Yorkshire moors rubbed off on me - now I can safely say hiking is my favourite activity 🥾
This past this weekend in Slovakia with @healthychefsteph has been everything I didn’t even realise I needed. Hey Zanna, so having never done any trekking/ climbing before, I have just signed up to trek Kilimanjaro next September, to raise money for the hospice which cared for my aunty last year. I love fitness but I’m more of a ‘bucket list challenge’ type person ( London marathon, GNR etc) and while I planned to incorporate Nevis and the West Highland Way into my training- you and Stef have inspired me to find some hidden gems further afield. I’ll be checking out your posts on planning these kind of trips FOR SURE! Thank you ☺️

I’m moving to Romania tomorrow (for work but also to be closer to mountains) and I’ve just added Slovakia to the top of my mountain holiday list! Researching it now! 😍😍
