joaocamacholx I bought a carpet and a few other articles online. The store manager Olia contacted me booking delivery. Then got an email from Aramex saying they will be closed and not only did not informe me but did not call to apologize or stand up for her mistakes. Zara this is not the kind of people you should have dealing with loyal costumer. Rude costumer service does not help the image of the brand in any way. Still waiting for this woman to apologize
